Brenda Jaeck is a certified Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, a Motivational Speaker, workshop facilitator, and radio show host. She teaches people to use food as a tool for change.

Immerging from a 19 year career in the high-tech world, Brenda knew her health was compromised from the constant stress and time demands of an executive position. As a result, she suffered from hypoglycemia and insomnia. She thought getting a better handle on nutrition was a good place to start. She returned to school, focusing on holistic nutrition. This new-found knowledge helped resolve her health issues, and she was finally able to create a fulfilling life outside of work.
