Tod Driver
President/Business Director
Responsible for internal operations, customer service and the development
of new business, Tod brings a strong entrepreneurial spirit with over 20
years of small business development and marketing experience. Much of his experience
was developed in the apparel industry where after attending California State
University, Long Beach for his BA in Liberal Studies, he owned and operated
two retail establishments.
Brad Driver
Vice President/Creative Director
Prior to founding Root Design & Marketing, Brad was the Art Director for 10th Degree where he and his creative team were responsible for taking the Mitsubishi Motors website from second to last to the top 10 Best Manufacture Websites (JD Powers and Associates, 2003). Brad holds two degrees, a BFA in Art from University of Colorado at Boulder and a BFA in Graphic Design from the prestigious Laguna College of Art & Design.
Sandra Sick
Marketing Strategist
A strategic planner and executor, Sandra has helped businesses of all sizes expand through effective brand development, highly focused corporate communications, tactical publication relations and strategic marketing programs. Sandra holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the State University of New York at New Paltz. She has also studied French at Besancon University in Besancon, France.
Anne Dullenkopf
Art Director
A graduate of the Laguna College of Art & Design, Anne received her BFA in Graphic Design. Launching her career at Patagonia, she now has over seven years of creative agency experience. Although schooled in all design disciplines, her passion is print design. Anne believes the tactile experience – holding, touching, feeling - is key to building a memorable brand. Her favorite color is Pantone 610u.
Terra Whitmeyer
Web Developer
A self-proclaimed “organizational freak” Terra brings an artistic eye to the world of web development. With a background in print design, her career in production advertising began at a variety of publications throughout Southern California, including The Orange County Register, Cycle News and The Los Angeles Times. From there, she expanded upon her knowledge base and built a name for herself as an ASP and PHP developer. Creative and knowledgeable, Terra’s mantra when coding is “Anything is Possible”.
Jessica Fagan
Designer
A graduate from the Art Institute of Orange County, Jessica received her BS in Graphic Design. She draws daily as a creative outlet and constantly buys products she doesn’t need because the packaging is so well done. When not designing, Jessica enjoys dirt biking, attending comedy shows and eating Mongolian BBQ.
